Notes: I started out intending to sauté the spot prawns themselves but decided while doing the garlic to do the bodies/tails later, separately, and that the stuff from the heads could make up a really flavourful spread. Then as I was frying it up I decided egg white would be a good addition and threw that in. Served on buttered toast.
